We have to inform you that paid up equity share capital of our company Shree Steel Wire Ropes Limited as on 31st March 2026 is Rupees 3,31,14,900/- (Rupees Three Crore Thirty-One Lakh Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Only) and as of date 31st March 2026 Net Worth is Rupees 12,76,24,000/- (Rupees Tweleve Crore Seventy Six Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand Only), which is not exceeding the limits specified in Regulation 27(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Accordingly, our company is not required to submit the Quarterly Corporate Governance Report in terms of Regulation 27(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations
